First PC-Tolono supports many missions locally, nationally, and internationally. A partial listing of our mission partnerships and offerings for 2011 included: The PCUSA Christmas Joy Offering, the Tolono Emergency Fund, Operation Christmas Box, Clothing for the Pine Ridge (SD) Reservation, Food/Canned Goods for Urban Restoration Ministries, Camp Carew, Disaster Relief in Haiti and other places through the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance program, and many others. The Seal of the Presbyterian Church (USA) contains the following symbolic components:

The cross,
The Bible,
The descending dove (symbolizing God's Holy Spirit),
The pulpit,
Flames in a triangular configuration (symbolizing the Spirit's power
and the Trinity),
A fish (an early symbol of the Christian church),
And a baptismal font or a communion chalice.
